Breed of Pigeon in Pic

Can anyone tell me what breed this pigeon is. It is NOT feral.

Sure looks like a feral. If banded, it may be a homer (in bad shape).

It has a band from a club in OK... I am in Tennessee

Bluebar, white flight homer - looks as if it is dehydrated, in need of food and hopefully not sick.

I don't know much about pigeons, but that is a beautiful bird. Although if people think it's sick, then I'm not going to question them.

But it is pretty.

I thought it was a feral too, Couldnt it still be the feral breed with a band? I didnt think pigeons had to be any certain breed in order to be banded?
