Breeding White split to lavender with Lavender

I have 4 white silkies thst have lavender genes. They came from a breeding pen that had 1 white split lavender roo, 1 lavender roo & all white hens in it.
If I breed them with a lavender what are the possibilities?
 
You talking recessive white or dominate white?
White silkies used to all be recessive white but paints brought in dominate white.
Any chance theses were from a paint breeder or?

Dominant white will mean white, white, white, no matter what you breed them to, as long as one white gene is passed.

I know lavender is recessive, so you need 2 lavender genes for that to exhibit.

Recessive white takes 2 genes to present. That means the hens are either white dominant/lavender (presenting white) or white/white recessive (presenting white).

Assuming dominant white
white/lavender bred to lavender/lavender roo = 50% white/lavender (exhibiting white) and 50% lavender/lavender (exhibiting lavender)

white/white bred to lavender/lavender roo = 100% white/lavender split

Recessive white/white bred to lavender/lavender roo
100% white/lavender.....@Moonshine what would present then as both are recessive?

Yes...but what will a single dose do? As all the offspring of recessive white/white bred to lavender/lavender come out 100% recessive white/lavender split (right?).....if I understand the question....you've only got a single recessive white and a single recessive lavender in the chicks....what will show? Black?

Yes black. Lavender should be black underneath and black will be dominate to most other things.
The recessive white like I said hides everything so the recessive white may have something other then straight black underneath. If like partridge then the black offspring may eventually show some leakage.

Since they were in a pen with a white/lavender roo who (assumably produced) those exhibiting white hens, I'll have to assume they are white recessive and thus white/white (since they aren't black of white/lavender split).

Recessive white/white bred to the lavender/lavender roo you will 100% get white recessive/lavender recessive chicks that will present black but carry the recessive genes. Breed those siblings together and you will line up white/white 50% and lavender/lavender 50%.

Did I answer your possibilities?

1. Since the pen had both a lavender roo and a white/lavender split roo we don’t know which was father (if that matters) which means these offspring may/might not have received lavender gene since the white roo was split right?

2. IF they did receive the lavender gene wouldn’t they be white/split lavender so if I bred them to a lavender roo I could get lavenders?

Yes. The split rooster could produce some chicks who have no lavender gene.

Yes. But I'm not sure what percent of the chicks will actually look lavender, because it depends on what genes those "white" chickens are bringing to the mix.
