LOL!! Thats what I told my wife, I I told her" We're gonna name it the Silkie Love Shack!", she just looked at me with "that look", and went in the house. LOL

Batten down the hatches, we may be getting some severe weather. I am sitting here bored at work not paying any attention and they issue a severe thunderstorm watch. Okay, pretty normal this time of year, especially since it is so humid today, but nothing on radar. 45 minutes later they issue a warning. Geesh, I look up and it is very dark outside! Not only does my desk face a large picture window I hadn't looked out, I work at a radio station that covers severe weather! See what BYC does to me??

Not a good start today. My computer won't start. I'm on the crappy slow one at the moment. Doug doesn't get home until some time on Saturday, so I'm stuck on this crappy thing for now. My coffee is cold again. I still haven't found just a simple part time job that doesn't involve selling vaccuums, annoying people by calling them for crap they don't need or want, or just a plain old scam.

The garage door isn't shutting right, and so far I can't wait til this day is over.....

Awww Bluemoon, I'm sorry things are going bad this morning! I hope the day will improve soon!

It's hot here and it is still early!! I just got back in from feeding and watering all the critters. First I had to go to the vet for heartworm pills for my dogs and to the feed store for some hay and chick starter. I wanted to get more, but quickly started running out of money!

I can't find a job either. I think I on some kind of "list" around here. But truly who would want to hire a sickly, fat middle age woman when they can hire someone young, healthy and attractive!!! I do have one advantage and I speak Spanish like a native hispanic, but that is not helping me right now either.
I went to the dermatologist yesterday to have a growth removed from my hand. It was removed and frozen last year, and came back as pre cancerous. They said if it grew back it would be bad, last month it grew back. They will give me the results by the end of the week. I already know the results tho. The doctor goes " Yep it looks pretty cancerous to me". Ahhh the southern Docs!

BUT let me tell ya my hand hurts like the dickens!!! They froze one spot and removed the other one right next to it. My hand is swollen and hurting. They gave me a shot in my hand and that spot blew up like a ballon, I should not have looked!

Well I am getting off of my pity pot now!!! I love you guys!!!!!!!!!

I am in Trenton, North Central Missouri. The Southwest part of the state is beautiful. My son wants to go to college at Pitt State, just over the border in Kansas.
