Bring your "Howdy's" here!

My pittie was a brindle. He was agressive at the shelter when the guy sprayed cleaner in his eyes and choked him with a chocke chian. He said "you sure you want this dog? If not we are going to gas him in a few minutes. He is very, very aggressive." I said yes. I gave him the adoption fee and he hung him by the neck from the shelter to the car and threw him in the car. I was scared to take the chocke chain off but I slowly did. He growled and showed teeth but if he bit me it was my own fault. I pulled him onto my lap and took it off. He slept all the way home as I petted his head. My mom was scaredof him but as we pulled into the driveway she slowly petted his head. She fell in love with him. My moms boyfriend used to be "all pitts are aggressive. they are born to kill". After he met cujo (my pitties name) he is now "All pitts are nice if they are trained by good owners" Cujo would only be aggressive to the plastic hamburger toy. He would shake it, slam it and stomp it. When we move to NC I am getting another pitt.

Thats why they get abused so badly. Mine was trained to be the best fmaily dog. He loved my friends and neighbors. Now our eagle mix. He took ofrever to not be aggressive. Our yellow lab bit my friend and is no longer outside when he is around. My chow chow is in love with my friend and always wants to play with him. Depends on who keeps them and who takes care of them right.

I'm here, just working moving chicks around and claening all the brooders. Having a hatch right now too! Turken chicks are sooo cute. It's hard to believe they grow up to be sooooo fugly!!!!!! Guienas are the same way, they are hideous when they grow up!!!
