Brinsea humidity pump adequate???

I recently purchased a Brinsea 190 with automatic humidity pump. The pump will not bring the humidity up sufficiently even when running constantly. I've got a complaint in to their customer service dept. I would like to know how many people are having a similar issue?

What humidity % level do you have it set at?

What is the humidity % and temperature in the room with the incubator?

I'm wondering how this turned out....How was Brinsea at taking care of this problem? I just got my Octagon Advance EX with the humidity pump and the pump doesnt turn on at all to raise the humidity...I've checked everything and it's all set up right...I got it Friday and they were closed by then...I have eggs coming around Monday and this is upsettting to say the least.
