Broiler Or Leghorn ?

Not a leghorn, because roosters are a lot more colourful than that
I'm not sure about Broilers, as I've never heard of the breed

Hey everyone just so curious that more people in my area call my roosters are broiler which makes my head nervous as broiler tend to devloped heart problem


I live in India

Cross them with leghorn white ladies, which are not their sisters.
You must never breed from the siblings.

I know what its called.
Interested in what you think the issue would be?
Without inbreeding we wouldn't have all the breeds and varieties we do.
It can be a double edged sword but so can out crossing depending what you're breeding for.

One of the top Araucana breeders here in the states has bred siblings to maximize certain traits. She has the best birds and has the ribbons to prove it.
From what I understand, line breeding (son/daughter back to parent) is the preferred method but sibling breeding can be done. You just don't want to make it a habit.
I am new to breeding, so someone please correct me if this is wrong.
