Broken egg and blood. Help!

So my chicken had 5 eggs, 3 hatched yeaterday. One today and the other was pecked at and is now open a little bit but not from the chick inside, there is blood. The baby is still moving and breathing inside but not sure what to do. I have a warm wet washcloth wrapped around it but im not sure what to do next?!?! Please help

Has the hen now abandoned this last egg? If so do you have an incubator? As there is blood the chick is unlikely to be ready to hatch and will need more time. I see you posted this a few hours ago, how are things now?

Pretty much abandoned it, she has been pretty rough and all over the place after the first few hatched , scratching around in the cage and kept kicking and pecking around at it. Its still intact. I do not have an incubator but it is still breathing and i have him in a warm area temps are about 98 degrees. Im just not sure if i should still be keeping him moist or if he is at the point of drying out to get out of the egg.

All the other babies seem to be pretty energetic and eating and drinking. She sat on them the whole time we did not purchase an incubator. She is about 7 months old or so.
