Broken egg still alive and beating all odds?

Ok so it started displaying obvious signs that the poult didn’t survive (smelly and discoloration). I’m going to give it some time then possibly do and eggtopsy. I️ want to be 100% sure that it’s dead. bummer.

Eggtosy results:

It was 100% dead, it looks like it was a little small to be hatched by Friday. It must’ve been one of the newer eggs. It was Mal-positioned with it’s beak towards the pointy end. I️ will keep y’all posted with photos from the rest of my batch due on Friday.

I️ have Blue Slate Turkeys. I️ have been hatching for several years now. I’m pretty sure they are an Auto-sexing breed, I️ have never been wrong on the sex before. I️ will post pics of my poults as they hatch, so that you can see a male.

Though, usually my poults end up with yellow down on the head and tips of wings, but this one is white interesting.
