Does anyone have ideas on how to treat this injured hen. We don't have access to a Vet. She is 2 months old.

(Video goes horizontal after a few seconds.)

Thanks for any help and advice.

Kind of looks like a broken foot by the way it's laying on it. It's curling it's toes. I would wrap some of that co-flex stuff around the whole leg and foot.

So sorry about your lame pullet. Can you pick her up and separate her, and see if she is moving her her leg at all? Look for any displacement of the bones, swelling or bruising. Her leg seems limp and her toes curled which can be a sign of vitamin B2 riboflavin deficiency, Mareks disease, or a severe injury. A leg bone deformity in one leg might be a problem if the tendon has ruptured. I would start giving her some vitamin B complex 1/4 tablet daily in her food (cooked egg, wet chicken feed.) Keep her separated in a dog crate with food and water inside the coop with the others. If it is an injury, resting or splinting the leg might help.

Thanks for all the concerns and suggestions. We did separate her and gave her vitamins. I feel like it's a broken toe or toes. Fortunately I found veterinarian school student who is taking her to her professor to be looked at. Thanks again for the feedback.
