My barred rock hen broke her toe. It was splinted but was black when we found her limping. She is no longer limping big toe is black in front of the break and swollen behind. Do I need to do anything else?

Her immune system has walled off the damaged tissue, cut off blood supply to that toe, and it is now in the process of drying up and falling off. This is how chickens handle damaged tissue on extremities. It's completely normal, and you don't need to do anything.
