What is the broodiest duck breed that I can get from the regular hatcheries? I can add to a order I got with Meyer or McMurray or make a new one preferable with Cackle. We will already get some Swedish and some pekins(jumbos too), but neither seem to be a particular broody breed. I ordered some silkies to use as broodies for chicken eggs, but I don't think they could handle more than 4-5 turkey, geese or duck eggs at the most. Not really into muscovies anymore. if that helps any. How many bigger eggs could a LF BO hen handle?

I recently purchased several Rouens. The hatchery claimed that they were very broody and so I guess we'll see.
