Is There A Way To Make A Hen Broody so you can Hatch Eggs?

There is no way to make a hen go broody. There are things you can do to encourage broodiness such as not collecting eggs and leaving them in the nesting box, but brooding is controlled completely by hormones and there's no way to make a hen do it. Additionally, some breeds are very likely to go broody and hatch eggs and raise chicks, while others have had the broodiness almost completely eradicated from them, so breed is a factor as well.
