i have 1 broody frizzle hen and 2 or 3 other hens that just like to sit and keep her company sometimes... they all switch off which i thought was pretty cool. one day i have "Blue" on the eggs and the other its one of my other hens.

Does anyone else have this happen? im brand new to chickens and im not sure.

i thought each hen sat on her own eggs but they all lay in the same box even though i have 3 boxes (adding more this summer

) im not sure why im new to broody chickens as well.

This is the first fertile egg that ive put in my coop i have cochin bantums and the only rooster in with them is a japanese bantum named Bruce lol (he acts like he is huge, so i thought he deserved a big name) so im not sure any of the eggs i get are fertile.
