Broody duck questions

I have a broody duck right now and I was wondering do I break her the same way i would with a chicken or do I need to do something different

How do you break your hens? placing them in a cage with only wire on the bottom?
What breed of duck? asking becasue My Muscovy never break I just take the eggs and let it run it's course. Making sure they come out to eat drink bathe.

Yep I have a dog crate I put them it has a solid bottom though not wire I usually keep them in it for 2 or 3 nights

Yep she’s a Muscovy would it be better just to let her sit?

I just take their eggs once they go broody they don’t care if they have eggs or not they just I keep on sitting. Just make sure if you decide to let it run it’s course that she comes out to eat drink bathe and poop. They have to take care of themselves. Some won’t. Mine come out 2-3 times a day and they sure enjoy chasing everyone around too. Lol
