It seems to take SO long waiting for an egg to hatch, but then the chick grows so fast it’s hard to believe!

I won't be doing many updates since my new rule...

I have decided I'm not going to check the eggs unless I hear chirping. I will still feed Pippin but I'm not going to lift her up. It will be hard to control myself but I'm going to do it

Maybe i will hear something tommorow. Its hard to since Pippin is a very "big" girl. My last hatch, pips happened on day 20 so fingers crossed

Finally Juno was brave enough to follow Mama outdoors. She got to meet the flock thru the fence! Including her ‘real’ mother and father. But we don’t tell Violetta she’s not the real mom. Of course she is.

Getting some very strong veining now

Momma is eating less and less when on her breaks though... is this normal? I’m trying all kinds things to get food into her... maybe It’ll have to be pasta next

I got a glance at an egg when pippin moved her wing and there is a hole in an egg!!! I'm so excited!
I didn't manage to see the other eggs since I don't want to annoy her too much.
