I have a dedicated broody hen who has been sitting on eggs for a little over a week. This past week and next week will be very HOT (low 90’s) and I’m concerned about her well being. Looking for advice on if there is anything I can do to make this more tolerable for her? She has a small fan blowing at her now, and she is on a low nest box. She has been leaving the nest once a day but not for long. Moving her is not really an option as she is viciously protective and I’m afraid it will be too stressful. Also, can eggs get TOO hot? Will it affect the hatch rate?

I've had plenty of hens brood in those temps (Maybe more) and they did fine, I had great hatch rates. Just make sure she gets off once a will to drink, and get a good breeze going in the coop.
