Can you show some photos of how you are trying to heat the eggs?

@Stacylynnlac had a similar problem - she put her heating pad in a crockpot, once it was heated, I suppose the ceramic liner held the heat better? (she only used the heating pad for heat, not the crockpot "burner") You may want to look at her thread - I believe she did get 2-3 to hatch so...worth a try.

Places heating pad on warm inside the crockpot. I did leave the lid cracked a little and placed a wet paper towel up on the side for humidity. Good luck!
