well were on day 9 and shes still doing it guys. pancake looks to be going the whole way with her eggs
i did thin the clutch down to 11 eggs. she had 16.
not only is she sitting them. our little rooster romeo is being a good dad to. he's been sitting with her regularly. although i haven't seen him alone on the nest incubating them at all. they look like twins for all their completely unrelated. the roo is in front here. pancake is behind him. got my little spy cam in there so i can watch her without disturbing her.
keep your fingers crossed guys. i think shes going to do it!
on a funnier note. i dewinterized the coup and everyone is extremely unsure about this whole 'wind' thing and want it to go away. lots of flushing. but pancake wasn't budging. gonna be upper 80s and into the 90s next few days. they'd be quail kabobs if i left it up
