Broody Sebright?

I figured silkies would be a good idea, not to mention I think they're cute

but I'm also ordering other breeds for laying so eggs from the sebrights is no big deal. Thanks for your comments.

My female went broody in september, which was only about 1-2 months after she started to lay. She hatched out 3 chicks.

I had a golden sebright that was constantly broody...at LEAST 3 times in one year...Whew was she ever a handful...hard to break. Of course, it really just depends on the bird, but I wouldn't lose hope that yours might someday get broody. LOOK OUT!!!!

wow! I wouldnt expect a sebright to be that broody! Then I shall not give up! hehe
