broody Silkie

My siklie has gone broody again. I don't want any chicks right now. They always turn out to be mostly Roosters. Just the kind of luck I have. My biggest problem is that my 2 larger hens quit laying when she started sitting on the nest all day. I do have another nest that they use but they aren't laying at all.

Any Ideas?

Put her in a wire cage, propped up so that there is air movement below it, with food and water but no nesting material, for a few days. When she starts wanting out, or las an egg, she is through being broody..
