Brown eggs have less cholesterol

When some one first leaned my chickens have blue eggs they asked "do they taste blue" I couldn't stop laughing.

Wifezilla, I find that you are so right on with things to do with health-you and I must read the same nutrition magazines, articles, scientific mags. etc!!!

Actually, studies have shown that the more eggs you eat, the lower your cholesterol level, which has nothing to do with heart attacks anyway-what a hoot!!! Just like when the food industry "banned" real butter and tried to make us eat that awful tasting margerine that clogs the arteries!!! I never even gave it another thought as I slathered my homemade pancakes with half a cube of butter!!!

keep it comin' Wifezilla-the world needs to be re-educated on the things that matter in life-natural products that build nutrition and the immune system!!!

Same thing with coconut oil, a fat that helps you lose weight, get's rid of parasites, gives you healthy gut flora, get's rid of bad bacteria in the gut-I could go on and on-it's all about money, folks! and how they can dupe the world on what a body needs to keep healthy!!!!!

O.K. off my soapbox now-for awhile anyway!!

You and I will keep getting more and more healthy while the rest of the world listens to those who would like to make them unhealthy!! Oops! I forgot I stepped off my soapbox!!!

So are you being facetious about coconut oil, or is that actually what is claimed?

Its funny you should mention that. I was looking for some recipes for whole wheat bread. The bread I make is just a little bit dry, so I was looking for a recipe that would make it soft like store bought bread. The recipe I found used coconut oil. I looked in my local grocery store but they dont carry it.

Oh, excellent, thanks. Should have known. Ill put it on my list when I make my "once I month I hate to go Sunday morning Walmart trip".
