Brown Red bantam Sumatras?

Lol, I didnt even notice the wattles at first. Sumatras arent supposed to have large combs either and are supposed to have little to no wattles.

I would think in sixteen generations a fellow could get body and feather type, as well as any plumage color he wanted on the entire planet. Seems he was having the hardest time with the face color, but it is better than a lot of people's black birds, from what I have seen, browsing around the past few days. It is nothing to write home about, but definitely headed towards black(ish) more so than not. The roo has double spurs, right tail, right comb, good feet, good disposition. I'd say a lot of good breeding went into making this bird, which mostly needs a darker face is all... but I know jack about most breeds of chickens and do NOT have a dog in the fight. Not my bird, not my breeding, not selling or buying or anything, just wanted to show a photo of a bird someone I know bought in with a bunch of other birds.

He looks more like a cobby version of our 'flaming sumatra' that we had. He was a cross of a sumatra rooster on easter egger hen and had the same coloring
