Brownies....I have a great brownie recipe and it uses a lot of eggs!

He is a sweet boy! He's a momma's boy, that's for sure. I used the powdered Hershey's Cocoa. It says great for baking. I put 11 tablespoons, since the recipe called for 5 1/2. I am sure that I doubled everything.

They were not sweet either, and I put 4 cups of sugar. 8 eggs, 4 sticks of butter, etc. They tasted like slightly sweet flour. Couldn't taste any chocolate at all.

That IS odd. I doubled it as well, and froze one. I also used Hersheys Powdered Baking Cocoa.

Mine turned out great.

It's in the oven! I just had to try the batter before pouring it and I'm surprised all of the stuff even made into the pan! Mmmmmm!!!!

you should use the unsweetened powdered cocoa....and use that is the right amount for doubling the recipe.....they are not very sweet not like the box type brownies....you can put a frosting on them I cant remember if you did....do you want the frosting recipe it comes with? I never use it I just sprinkle powdered sugar on the top of them.
