Bubbles in apple sause

It didn't have bubbles or air pockets before I put them in the canner, but now it does. Did i make it too thick?
 
I think it's fine. Did you use a plastic utensil to let the air bubbles come to surface? Basically, stick The utensil against the side of the filled jar. That may be a reason for the bubbles, but, again, I think that as long as it is completely sealed it's fine. It may just be a little thicker than your last batch, also.
 
yeah did the air bubble thing with the tool It really was kind of runny when i was filling the jars but I could have boiled too hard???? Just need to know if it is ok.
