Buckeye Breed Thread

Jahdan just broke his all time daily record for 2011! NINE Buckeye eggs in one day from our small CHAMPION flock! And the day is not over yet! He is soooo happy!

Now if his Buckeyes beat everyone at Little Rock in May, that would really thrill him!

Hi folks, I'm home from the show. This was a late fall hatch pullet. I really liked the cockerel I had entered, but the judge liked the pullet! Liked my Black 'Australorp (part of my barred Holland project) also, gave him reserve English (beat by my daughter's buff Orpington) My daughter also took champion waterfowl and reserve featherleg.

Here's the link for the hotel info. I have already made my reservations for the show at the Marriot North, which is out of discount rooms on the night of the 27th, but which still has them for the 28th and 29th (as of Friday.)

I'll be there, likely with my younger daughter. And lots of Buckeyes, of course!
