Buff Orp cockerel?

14/15 week old buff orpington that has been trying to crow. I'm thinking cockerel but not sure when it is compared to my other BO.

This is BO #2, different tail feathers but same size and age. We wanted 12 layers but now I think we have at least one roo, maybe two?!
