Buff orpington cockerel or pullet? 12 weeks

I thought this one was male based on early behavior and pinking of the comb and waddle. However, the past few days he/she has gotten extremely tame--easily held, less shy, etc. No crowing yet.

Anyone think there's a chance I was wrong, and it could be a pullet? I appreciate the input!! Most are from now, side view is from last week.

It's a cockerel.

Cockerel, behaviour dosen't indicate much but the wattles and comb are way bigger and redder than a females would be. Hope this helps
