It's also 19-20 weeks old. If it were a cockerel it would have very obvious saddle feathers by now.

I'm quite sure she's a she. I was sold a cockerel Buff Orp by mistake and the comb is full, bright and tall. Also, most importantly, he's also exactly 19 weeks and is crowing like mad. And has been for two or three weeks now! as well as chasing the pullets around!
As a side bar --- I rec'd two pullet Barred Rocks and one's comb is def like my other pullet chickens ( mild color, smallish, not very noticable etc.) but the other's (her sister) looks very much like your middle picture. And that 'larger combed' Barred Rock is def a pullet.
