Buff orpington gender

I bought "her" when she was a couple of weeks old. I'm hatching more orpingtons so will hopefully will have a handful to choose from. I'm gonna try to get more pictures

I'd wait it out until he/she either crows or lays an egg...I'm still not seeing slam dunk roo as those are not spiky feathers at her cushion/saddle area but round fluff I'd expect to see on a developing hen...that comb brightening at 17 weeks could be a hen coming into laying age....my precocious girl did the same thing.

Here is a picture of when I first brought her home. She was supposed to be about 2 weeks old. Does it look like the correct age in the picture?

ETA - didn't read the squatting post. Hmm. Then maybe it IS a pullet!
