Hi! I felt motivated to come to this thread and *rant* about buff orps after a recent other thread mentioning this thread. I'm definitely not into buff orps. They are pretty plain looking, a flock of them is very boring to me, slow (at least mine is), and too fussed over as a breed for me. So much zealous enthusiasm for em it puts me off. My single buff orp hen has a weird head to body shape too... Her proportions don't seem balanced, doesn't asthetically appeal to me.

@DLHOCNT I'm sure she's a lovely hen, her color is a perfect example of the shade I don't like!

@pipdzipdnreadytogo I totally agree and was working on a post about that. A lot of breed lovers don't tolerate critique well, and if people with a neutral or mildly negative opinion get repeatedly bullied by the Lovers, that just creates more Haters. I don't Hate buff orps, but I definitely felt the desire to come here and share my not bubbly feelings about them after that.
