I don't know, there was that news story not that long ago about an adult who got spurred in a major vein of the leg by an aggressive roosters and bled to death.

Okay, not spurred, but pecked apparently. Still.

It could. It would be extremely unlikely, but it's possible. I know someone on here whose rooster flew at her and made her neck bleed.
And even if it doesn't kill you, it can still do serious, long-lasting damage.
Be careful around roosters -- especially the big ones with spurs.

People say buff orpingtons are a great dual purpose breed. BUT they are not as good as New Hampshires, Delawares, etc.
