About 8-10 weeks rough estimate. The other buff that's not pictured has a more yellow comb. Pictures aren't the best I could take more.

I can't tell for sure, that coloring on the comb might be of some concern but a better picture showing it standing from the side or back so we can see the hackle and saddle feathers better please.
 
She looks like a pullet. By that age a cockerel should have a big red comb, though he/she’s too young for male-specific feathering to come in.
