I got my chicks and there 6 weeks old I don't know which one is the rooster but there is one with a comb bigger than the rest. Is that the roo?

The large combed one is possibly the Roo. If you'll post some photos, we'll try to help you.

Have those babies been wormed ? Sometimes a heavy parasite load will cause that in Orps.
