Buff orps.......Pullets or i dont wanna know...lol...

All of 3 of mine had almost no comb or wattles till they were 16 weeks old, & then one of them overnight grew wattle & a comb & turned bright red in the face....I am hoping that this just means it is ready to lay.

The saddle feathers are the giveaway - if they are pointy, its a roo. Some roos are really sweet, can you not have one where you live or you just don't want one?
