Bug eyes, possibly two pairs of eyes...

The little bsl ended up not making it either, I think the hen got a hold of her spine somewhere, she was walking really funny...
I'd pick her up and cuddle, then set her down and she'd get fidgety then shuffle backwards in circles, I felt so bad for her...
I'm sorry you lost the BSL too:hugs

I would think failure to thrive for both. But you do describe a symptom for the BSL that is sounds neurological - the shuffle backwards in circles. An injury to the head or spine can cause that. I would watch the broody, if she is hurting chicks, then you may need to remove them.

I would also get some Poultry Nutri-Drench into the remaining chicks, it contains Vitamin E among others and is very good for chickens. Give each chick 1-2 drops daily for a week. See if that makes a difference.

I hope the rest do just fine.

I had put momma and her chicks back in their own hutch when I first found the bsl chicks injuries. The first week my chick flick got moved into their new coop chey were on electrolyte water, the day of the injury was their third day outside.
