Tuna salad has always had egg in it around here. Chopped onion for those taht can eat onions and the pickle relish or i've chopped up dill pickle in mine. Mix it all up with Mayo and Whalla! I've been known to put some shredded chedder cheese in too. I leave the bugs out though. I think the tuna and egg is enough protein.
Yuck on the bug, but have to add my tuna melt recipe now.
Tuna, chopped boiled egg, onion, dill pickle, and cubed velvetta. Add mayo till moist. Spoon into hot dog bun. Wrap in foil. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes. Yummy.

That sounds yummy. I've use quail eggs too. This past winter I stopped hatching and just collected the eggs. Between us and my nephew they where all used up. Lots of picked eggs, deviled eggs, potato salad, tuna salad and just boiled them and ate them like popcorn. My grandsons love them best that way.

What is "Whalla" ?
Whalla is the sound (word) a magician makes after he/she does a trick.
