So for years I've been hearing you can do a homemade bug spray that's chemical free and less harmful mixing water with vinegar and then spraying it on plants.
But I don't know the right ratio of what mix to use? And some people add a bit of neem oil to it also?
I also heard recently a friend tried this and he said it ruined his plants. I'm not sure why it would do that. And it made me want to ask about this here. Perhaps they didn't use the right ratio of the vinegar and neem oil? And what is the right ratio?
Can someone confirm if this idea of a vinegar spray can work? And if its a southwest dry climate will that affect the mix?
Thank you very much.
Hope you all garden a lot this year. Its needed and self sufficiency is better than begging. And it seems there's a lot of problems in the country going around.
