I had a 14.x # Cornish in about 10 months (feed limited + free range), maybe a bit less, I'd have to check dates. But by that time, the bird was so tough as to be inedible. OTOH, if you have 7# birds at 14 weeks, it seems there is very little to improve upon, apart from their attitudes.
That's a pretty big Cornish.

Yes, 7lbs at 14 weeks is pretty good. Just want to add a bit more bulk to their breasts, plus the bald head feature of the nacked neck make it resemble a Turkey.

You have a plan to keep interest level up, while you are waiting on those generations to grow to sexual maturity, and start dropping eggs of their own??? Or do you plan to grow your flock size with non stop hatchings and then aggressively cull to keepers as they mature??? Or something in between? (like I'm culling obvious undesired females, and essentially every roo - but allowing the pullets to grow out to back cross with the current main roo).

I do seasonal hatching, & culling of specific birds that don't meet what I want. Usually my batches are small, since I can't do large batches at once until I have the space to do so

Yes, I wait until they reach maturity before culling because I like seeing the full picture before removing them.
