building coop in same area I have grapes and blueberries

We are moving around the corner to a bigger piece of land and I am working on a layout.

Do you think chickens will eat the blueberries and grapes off of plants if they are kept in the same area (enclosed, about 75 x 25 ft.)

From my experience, chickens will eat anything!

They LOVE blueberries and grapes. I have about 10 blueberry bushes, but they are about six ft tall. The girls become Olympic jumpers during blueberry season!
If you look here, you'll see one of the RIRs jumping for berries.

If they can get to them you will have a bunch of bare stems pretty fast.

Yes, that's my Reba. Her sister Rosemary, just recently passed away, would fly up on my arm/shoulder/whatever she could reach if I walked past the blueberries. She knew that she could reach those fat berries from up high on her human ladder, LOL.

Great pic speckledhen, mine do that in the blackberries if I don't pick enough and hand feed them a bunch a few times a day.

I wondered if they would eat blackberries....if the thorns would bother them. I didn't let them eat them this season because I wasn't sure....
