Looking Good, Herb!!
I attached chains to all my caribineers, other end screwed to frame, so I don't lose them. This 'latch' is inside coop shed...and probably unnecessary, but I put them everywhere.

Great progress! Looks very sturdy. I got the same latches last week, too, with carabiners, to use on both the coop door and the run door.
On the run door, how did you attach the diagonal boards to the rectangular frame? Just angled screws or did you give them mortise and tenon joints? I'm really into joinery these days and trying to decide if it's worth it to give the door fancy joints or just drill the pieces in at an angle and use lots of wood glue...
I've been looking for that type of metal roofing panels for a long time (even before I saw you had them) and for some reason they're impossible to find. The only places that seem to sell them are Home Depot and Lowe's, and they're out of stock at both, with no available estimate as to when they'll restock. Where did you get yours from? I ended up ordering a different kind of panel that's similar enough, the only approximation available anywhere nearby. The more common wavy corrugated panels are easier to find, but they seem to be more expensive for some reason (and my husband voted them down because he thinks they'll make the coop look like a third world country shack... ha!)
I bought mine at home depot.... here in colorado they have it in stock. Maybe mine is slightly different but similar, we used the galvanized as sidingFor some reason it's not available anywhere in my state, and doesn't have "ship to store" available from out of state. Oh well. Good tip about the gloves though, thanks.
Maybe it varies from state to state. I talked to a Home Depot employee who even called the vendor who supplies these panels, and the vendor said they don't know if and when they'll restock. So that was that. The only other metal panels that HD carries at all over here is the corrugated wavy ones. Damn, I really wanted the charcoal color rib steel panels...
