Building my first coop

*phew* I already know my yard is tiny and my coop and run will only accommodate a max of 6 chickens, but the idea of only have 3 was making me sad.

Making progress. Expanded the floor to 8x8 and got all 4 walls up. The wall on the right is effectively the front wall, with 2 windows and a chicken door. The back wall will have a larger door for entry to the coop. The wall closest to where I am standing is for the nesting boxes and the far wall just has a window.

Making progress. I have 3 of the 4 walls up (other than the gap at the bottom of each). and the holes for the windows and chicken door cut. I also managed to install the windows (shed windows from lowes, only about $35 each, which is cheaper and easier than anything I found on Craigslist. Next I have to cut the hole for the nesting boxes, and get the 4th wall on.
