Smaller coop is 10‘ x 10th. Larger coop 18‘ x 10th

The coop will be divided into two rooms each with exhaust fan, automatic doors, roosts, etc.

What should I do with wall dividing rooms? Plan was for smaller coop to hold the roosters but not sure if that is best for chickens. Was going to make the wall 6’ with 2’ wire at top for ventilation. Should it be a solid wall?

Don’t know how many roosters I will have at this point. 2-4 is my guess.

Thanks...............MJ

In the future can utilize the south side of barn to totally separate the roosters from seeing or hearing hens. It will have to wait until later summer.

I'd go with wire, can always tack up a piece of wood(~3') if you need to deter any 'wall fighting'.
