Pinless peepers are almost like blinders made out plastic you attach on the chickens nostrils to minimize seeing the chicken in front of them, therefore they can't peck.
I did multiple trial and error putting her back (supervised) throughout the course of it, after I know she is strong enough to assert herself tho I made sure that they see each other while she was quarantined. I think it depends on the flock how they react to one another. She seems very happy now tho they still have occasional squabble but they don't pin her down on the ground anymore and the rest of the gang joins in, which is much safer.
