Bumble Foot??

Okay, I will be looking for Epsom salt tomorrow... Is her foot bad? Can it be treated without going to a vet? I'm new to ducks.. Only have had them a little over a year.
That looks pretty serious to me and if I were you and could afford a ve, that's what I would do. Vets here charge $45 to $65 for an exam, which is a good place to start. If you did that you could discuss conservative vs aggressive treatment options.

Are there Any other signs of pain besides limping?

Because this is your first case of Bumblefoot and it's a doozy I would encourage you to take the duck to a vet. They'll debride it and show you how to properly clean the wound, and it is a wound. Once that core comes out, the duck's going to have a crater in her foot. The vet will prescribe some antibiotics and an anti-inflamatory/pain medication.
Absolutely if a vet is an option for you do it. They can prescribe an oral antibiotic to help it heal faster I bet.
But I can't throw stones I pretty much have to treat mine on my own.. No-one close to me really knows anything about birds. Where I live ducks aren't considered that valuable and most people just cull sick birds :(

I can't really afford a vet at this time, if there's one even around here that would treat ducks.
