Bumblefoot help needed!

I've just cleaned her up and it's left a rather large hole. Do I have to keep her in for X amount of time and if so how long?
I should add that they are never caged and basically feral, the only time they go in the coop is to lay as they sleep in the tree.

soak in warm water with Epson salt for 20 min dry her foot off I put triple on ours and bandaged it with gauze and wrap with self adhesive wrap . Do this at least once a day until better
