Bumblefoot! Help!

Today I noticed one of my chickens falling to the side, I grabbed her and saw that she has bumblefoot. I decided to check my other chickens and 2 more have it (not as bad though). I am planning on taking it out myself. Does anyone have and tips or suggestions?
