Bumblefoot, no scab, swelling isn't reducing, trying everything, what now?

That moment I realize on day 11 out of 14 that I was supposed to give the duck 2x Clindamycin pills 2x a day and I'd only been giving her 1x pill 2x a day. Her toe is still getting smaller and her leg doesn't seem warm like it used to. I asked the vet if I should continue the antibiotic a bit longer with the 2x/2x/day.

He said to complete the remaining pills at 2x/2x/day.

Fun development. There's a bit of blood on the dirt in their enclosure, Mally's left foot was bleeding where it's healing, and now she's limping as if her right foot is sprained. I did the Vetericyn+Neosporin to the left foot.

We've put the ducks back in their enclosure for the day so that she isn't lonely and hopefully sits and rests.

I'm wondering if a mouse/rat may have bit her bad foot and she could have hurt her right leg in a scuffle with her assailant. I just hope it's not her sisters being aggressive -- we haven't seen that happen yet and I'd like it to stay that way.

A day of rest and she's walking fine, except seems like she's trying to keep weight off the left foot. A scab of skin came off yesterday. I put iodine on to see if anything arises. If it does, she'll likely be on a trip to get the toe amputated. Either way we are probably due for a vet visit next week. We'll see.

No bite mark. The skin was a little open and is now covered in the lightest of scab. I can't imagine it would bleed on its own suddenly, so I'm not really sure what happened. I put iodine on the scab to see if it turns out to be growth of another bumble.

I'm working to get in touch with someone who sees birds on Mondays and Tuesdays. I hope it's not too late for her :-/
my duck had a recent leg injury and i have no vet near me to see him but i had called my sisters goat vet who is about 2 hrs maybe more away from me.. now my duck has an infection in his leg so he said that if i had any meds for lyme disease and or amoxicillan of my own that i can give to get the infection out i have been giving mine my amoxacillan and its only been 3 days and he went from almost dead to feeling a lot better so if you happen to have that take apart the capsule and divide the powder in half put inside some whole grain bead ( you will need about 4 pieces and you will more than likely have to open his/her mouth and put it in piece by piece so they get it all and do that for 7 days...hope your precious ducky feels better.. oh and i would take the duck inside and keep it warm so he/ she doesnt go down hill... i have mine in a tote in my bathroom with a heat lamp on him
