Vicks is awesome ! We smear it around the nostrils of new calves to prevent bot flies laying their eggs in the sinus cavity. Never seen fleas on the ducks , but have seen a tick on a duck. Add pure tea tree oil to that list. Just a dab on the ticks butt will make him let go.

I've got such a mental image of that! Especially since I have a stupid sinus infection lol. I heard rubbing alcohol works as well for ticks. So off topic of bumblefoot but I'm learning so much.

Update!
Checked Quackers' feet today:

His feet are healing up nicely. I just kept an eye on them, didn't apply anything just let it heal on it's own.

Good news. I think that it was probably almost healed when you noticed it. It was very small.

It's just weird because I look at his feet practically every day. Just like how the second one just popped up scabbed over night.
