If possible, lower their roost. Having more than one affected in the same manner suggests they're jumping down from quite a height. If lowering the roost is not possible, consider raising the floor with deep bedding. Walking on concrete often has also been blamed for this condition.

I do not believe roost height is the issue. Believe there are two Possible causes.

1) I‘ve been letting them out to free range everyday for the past few days as I’ve been treating for mites in their coop.

2) Due to me treating mites In the coop I had to remove all the bedding. Because of this they’ve been jumping down on the hard wood.

I believe #2 is most likely the cause. I have put more bedding in now.
