and will regular sea salt work instead of epsom?

I’m not really sure, you can find epsom salt in most stores in the soap and bath section.

Salt is sodium chloride. Epsom salts is magnesium sulfate, an entirely different substance. No, you may not substitute sea salt for it. For one thing, magnsesium sulfate can be used internally for a number of issues, sour crop, a flush for obstruction, etc. It's also something everyone should have in a first aid kit.

Germolene will work okay.

• Non stick gauze pads
• Verwrap
• Vetericyn

No need to do anything until your supplies arrive. Most bumblefoot is not a medical emergency.
